Refund and Withdrawal Policy

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This Refund and Withdrawal Policy governs the refund and withdrawal conditions for digital subscription services offered through NobetPortal (www.nobetportal.com).

This policy has been prepared in accordance with the following legislation:

  • Consumer Protection Law No. 6502
  • Regulation on Distance Contracts

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.

Exception for Digital Services

If the delivery of digital content has begun with the consumer's explicit consent and the consumer has been informed that they would lose their right of withdrawal, the withdrawal right is waived. For NobetPortal, creating the first shift list means that the service delivery has begun.

When Withdrawal Right Can Be Used

  • A full refund is provided if the request is made within 14 days of purchase AND no first shift list has been created.

When Withdrawal Right Cannot Be Used

  • If the first shift list has been created (i.e., the service has been used), the right of withdrawal is waived.

3. REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Send an email to hosgeldiniz@nobetportal.com with your order details (order number, registered email address).
  • Step 2: Your request will be reviewed within 3 (three) business days and the result will be communicated to you.
  • Step 3: If the refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 14 (fourteen) days.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method (through Shopier).
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. REFUND CONDITIONS

Full Refund Eligible

  • The request is made within 14 days of purchase and no first shift list has been created.

No Refund

  • The first shift list has been created (service has been used/started).
  • The 14-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase has elapsed.
  • The subscription period has expired.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused remaining periods if the first shift list was created.

5. EXCEPTIONS

In the following cases, a refund is applicable regardless of the conditions above:

  • Technical issues preventing the use of the service that cannot be resolved.
  • Duplicate payments.
  • The service not matching the description provided on the platform.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The following steps can be taken to resolve disputes regarding refunds and withdrawal rights:

  • First, contact hosgeldiniz@nobetportal.com.
  • Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tuketici Hakem Heyetleri): For amounts within legal limits.
  • Consumer Courts (Tuketici Mahkemeleri): For amounts exceeding legal limits.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
