2. BASIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICE

NobetPortal is a digital shift scheduling platform for hospitals and healthcare institutions. The service is provided entirely in a digital environment, and there is no physical product delivery.

Plan Types

Pricing is calculated based on the average number of people in the selected group size tier. Unit prices:

  • Standard Plan: Average member count × 4₺/month or 40₺/year
  • Pro Plan: Average member count × 6₺/month or 60₺/year
  • The actual per-person unit price may vary depending on the real number of people in the group. The final amount is displayed before payment.

Group Size Tiers

The service is offered in 8 different group size tiers ranging from 10 to 180 people. Pricing for each tier is determined based on the selected plan type and number of people.

Subscription Periods

  • Monthly subscription: 30 days
  • Yearly subscription: 365 days

3. SERVICE PRICE

Information regarding service fees is provided below.

  • All prices are tax-inclusive.
  • Current prices can be viewed on the pricing page.
  • Payments are processed through the Shopier payment infrastructure.
  • There is no automatic renewal; when the subscription period expires, a new purchase is required to continue the service.

4. PAYMENT METHOD AND PLAN

  • Payment is made via credit card or debit card through the Shopier payment infrastructure.
  • A one-time payment is charged for the selected subscription period.
  • Installment options are subject to the conditions offered by Shopier.

5. DELIVERY INFORMATION

Information regarding the delivery of the service is provided below.

  • The service is provided digitally and becomes instantly accessible upon payment confirmation.
  • The service period is 30 days for monthly subscriptions and 365 days for yearly subscriptions, starting from the payment date.
  • Creating the first shift list constitutes the commencement of digital service delivery and results in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Information regarding the right of withdrawal in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation is provided below.

Withdrawal Period

  • The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

  • For digital content and services, if the performance of the service has begun with the consumer's consent (i.e., the first shift list has been created), the right of withdrawal is waived.
  • Creating the first shift list constitutes the commencement of service delivery, and in this case, the right of withdrawal is deemed to have been waived.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

  • Consumers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal should send their withdrawal request to hosgeldiniz@nobetportal.com.
  • Within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request, the payment will be refunded via the original payment method.

7. COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS
